MIT reports breakthrough in heat-based photovoltaics: "MIT researchers have reported a breakthrough in 'wavelength tuning' that promises to boost the efficiency of thermophotovoltaic (TPV) systems and in turn could lead to lighter, longer-lasting portable power sources."
