Icona's magma-laden Vulcano hybrid sets Shanghai on fire: "After weeks of teasing by boutique Chinese/Italian auto designer Icona, the high performance, hyper-red Vulcano hybrid has finally been unveiled (in front of a snack bar) at the Shanghai Auto Show.
